The 80's was so awesome and memorable. So free and full of fantasy. It was the decade of my childhood! It's fun to take a break from the hassles of an adult life and think back to the days of your childhood. Even a few minutes of reminicense can be really soothing. So do browse around this page and see if there's anything that might spark up some good old memories again. You can even drop me a line if you like!
First of all I will make a note that from Sept'83 to June'85, I was in Roy Stibbs Elementary School. Then from Sept'85 to June'90, I went to Mountain View Elementary School.
Now... for the real stuff.

English Stuff
Sesame Street
I have a Sesame Street toy (the building) which I hope to take a picture of and scan up.
Mork & Mindy
Robin Williams in the early days!
Mr. Rogers
As he hangs up his coat and puts on a sweater, he sings...
A beautiful day for a neighbor.
Would you be mine?
Could you be mine?"
(May the soul of Fred Rogers find eternal rest.)
Brady Bunch!!
(May the soul of Robert Reed find eternal rest.)
Yup, I still remember waking up at like 8:30 on Saturday mornings and watching, among other cartoons, Astroboy and Superman. During the week, after school, I would go home and watch He-man and Brady Bunch. Later in the 80's it was Ninja Turtles, COPS and G.I. Joe. Does anybody know where I might be able to get a collection of that stuff?? That'd be awesome!
Mickey Mouse
This guy rocks! I went to Disneyland twice (1984, 1987) and I loved it totally. I also remember Knott's Berry Farm too!
Looney Tunes
I didn't like Bugs Bunny too much because I think he has an attitude problem. But I did enjoy Road Runner and Tom & Jerry.
Popeye
I still have a comic. Old and very treasurable.
He-man
What I would like to do one of these days is to take digital pictures of the few toys that I had and then put them up here for all to enjoy and reminice (sp?). I had the original He-man but I think I lost it or it got stolen when I brought it to school for an art project. Now I only have the Battle-Strike-Armor version. Too bad. I didn't get a lot of He-man toys but I do have Castle Grayskull.. the (forgot the name) Flying Falcon landing/control attachment that you can add to Grayskull.. and the Terror Zone of Hordak (remember him, the enemy of She-ra). I also would like to snap up the catalogue that I have of the entire He-man and She-ra collection. As well as some of the original comics... (you know the ones that come with each figure).
WWF
I got this wrestling ring where you pound a thing that hits the floor from the bottom and makes the figures on it bounce around.
Transformers
Yup, still got a few of those.
(actually were my cousins')
M.A.S.K
Thundercats and M.A.S.K (both 1986?) didn't last very long, did they.
Rambo
I also lost my Rambo figure for the same reason as my He-man. But I still have all his weapons (the compass-knife, t-knife, rocket launcher), the white Ninja (forgot the name, is it White Shadow or something), and the S.T.R.I.K.E. Headquarters (with elevator, cage with trapdoor, and all the weapons).
C.O.P.S
"..fighting crime.. in the future time."
G.I. Joe
The last five or so minutes shows children making some kind of mistake and then a Joe comes along and teaches them something. Then the child goes, "..now we know" and then the Joe says, "And knowing is half the battle."
AstroBoy
I was quite fond of Astroboy. He was such a small, boy-like, innocent-looking robot and yet so strong and has a heart.
Superman
My favorite part was the last ten minutes or so when it shows Clark Kent as a child or teenager.
By the way, let us remember the life of Christopher Reeve who passed away on Oct. 12, 2004.
The Flash
The Flash was awesome. Now if only I could find the movie...
Plastic Man
The Fantastic Four is going to show next year in 2004. I can't wait.
Batman
I remember seeing the 70's version of Batman & Robin after school. When they hit a bad guy, you see words like "Pow" and "Wham" showing up on screen.
Childcraft!! [World Book Encyclopedia's How & Why Library]
I still have books of Scarry's BusyTown, Winnie the Pooh and Peter Rabbit. I hope to shoot those up with a digital camera. Someday.

I also have a 90's Page, but that one is still quite new and barely has anything. In addition, its nature is very different from this 80's page here. Two very distinct decades in my life.
