Boxing as we know it was formed in the late 19th Century, but dates back about 300 years.  It uses the hands to expertly attack the upper body, and focuses on mobility to outmaneuver your opponent.

Muay Thai
Modern Muay Thai came about around the 1920s.  Muay Thai uses the body's eight natural weapons (hands, elbows, knees, and feet) to strike any part of the body.  The strength of Muay Thai is in the use of standing grappling to control your opponent while delivering elbow and knee strikes.
Jiu-Jitsu
Jiu-Jitsu came to the world stage in the 1990s.  It uses leverage to submit opponents with joint manipulation and pain compliance.
Total Body Conditioning
Total Body Conditioning is a full body workout designed to kick the Champion into high gear.
