THE 7 HEAVENLY VIRTUES

`Prudence - wisdom, vigilance, carefulness, thoughtfulness, discretion-- Proverbs 14:8 kjv "The wisdom of the prudent is to understand his way: but the folly of fools is deceit."

Temperence - moderation, restraint, self-mastery, frugality, sobriety-- Philippians 4:5 kjv "Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand."

Justice - impartiality, fairness, equity, rightness, dispassion-- Genesis 6:9 kjv "These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.

Fortitude - strength, courage, endurance, resoluteness-- Matthew 24: 11-13 kjv "And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Charity - generosity, benevolence, helpfulness, mercy-- 1 Corinthians 13:4 kjv "Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,"

Hope - desire, belief reliance, expectation-- Job11:18 kjv "And thou shalt be secure, because there is hope; yea, thou shalt dig about thee, and thou shalt take thy rest in safety." AND Psalm 31:24 kjv "Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the LORD."

Faith - belief, trust, fidelity, loyalty, consistency, conviction-- Luke 12: 28 kjv "If then God so clothe the grass, which is to day in the field, and to morrow is cast into the oven; how much more will he clothe you, O ye of little faith?" AND Luke 7:50 kjv "And he said to the woman, Thy faith hath saved thee; go in peace."
