I have always enjoyed cooking since young and have been cooking for friends for years.  To pursue my passion for food, I dined around the world, visited culinary schools, took courses, helped out in various restaurant kitchens such as Saint Pierre, Ember and Pierside in recent years, and kept on cooking and cooking. 

I am now focusing on my newly opened cafe bistro called
Brown Sugar and a private dining room called The Private Dining Room (surprise!) both in a fabulous little location tucked away on River Valley Road opposite Oxley Road and so have temporarily suspended Chef For Hire services till sometime next year as I want to focus on Brown Sugar in order to ensure that Brown Sugar serves excellent food and offers excellent service.  Feedback from customers has been very positive so far but there are still areas for improvement and we are working hard to achieve excellence in all areas.
