Between Monday 20th and Sunday 26th May, we celebrated the annual feast of our Oratory - the feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
Mass was celebrated twice every day between Monday and Friday at 07:00 and at 19:30.
On Friday evening (after mass), there was be a festival on the newly restored front yard of the Oratory.
On Saturday afternoon, a sports day was held for all the children and youths who attend the Oratory. After this activity, a traditional Maltese Dinner was organised and the Eurovision Song Contest was shown on a big screen, where we witnessed Ira Losco, the Maltese singer, place second.
On Sunday, then there was mass at 10:00 and in the evening a procession with the Holy Sagrament. |
