CV Zamrud Khatulistiwa is a Belgian-Indonesian company.  Z.K. is located in the center of Yogyakarta, a city known for its flourishing arts, both ancient and contemporary.  With its many academies and universities, Yogya is a stronhold of youthful and innovative thinking.  In this living city of arts, one can only compete by offering outstanding goods in the best quality.  In the cycle of the production of our terracotta, every step is reflected on and taken with much care.  Quality controle of teh shapes, the measures and the color is continously made.  Indeed every item has its own specifications, asks for its own receive of clay, has its own way of drying and firing and has its own matching of colors. Samples are made of every single product and when needed adjusted. No need to say that the forms of our product are unique and always different which is inherent in handmade articrafts.  For firing we use a closed kiln burned with wood.  In this way, we cane reach a higher temperature than in the traditional local kilns.   Zamrud Khatulistiwa offers antique and modern designs suitable for your interior and garden.
