Chole Chaat

Ingredients
Chick peas 2cups
Potato Cutlets 2
Onions chopped 2medium
Tomatoes chopped 1medium
Ginger garlic paste 1/4tsp
Chilli powder 1/4tsp
Turmeric 1pinch.
Green chillies(chopped) 2
Tamarind date chutney 1tsp
Zeera powder(cumin) 1/2tsp
Coriander chopped 1/2cup
Crispy  rice cereal 1/2cup
Whipped yogurt 1/4cup
Salt

Method
1.Soak the chick peas over night.
2.Saute 1/4cup of chopped onions.Add ginger garlic paste saute for a minute.Add the turmeric ,chilli powder and the soaked chickpeas.Add 1/4 cup of water.Pressure cook until slightly tender.
3.mash the potato cutlets.Mix with the curried chole.Mix chopped onions,tomatoes,chillies.Sprinkle some whipped yogurt,tamarind date chutney and crispy rice cereal.Garnish with some chopped coriander and serve.Mix with all the ingredients above and serve.
