Kofta curry
For Koftas
Lamb boneless 2lbs
Chana dal 1/2cup
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Green chilles 2
Coriander and Mint leaves chopped 1cup
Tumeric 1/2tsp
Cloves 2
Cinnamon sticks 1
For curry
Onions chopped 1/2cup
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
yogurt 1cup
coconut paste 2tsp
garam masala 1/2tsp
Chilli powder and tumeric 1/2tsp
Salt and Oil
1.Making koftas is same as making
shami kabab.Instead of making patties make small balls without any stuffing and shallow fry.
2.For curry.Saute Onions and add ginger garlic paste .
3.then add coconut paste.saute for few minutes untill oil starts to leave the vessel.
4.Add yogurt and a cup of water .cook until oil starts to float.
5.Drop the fried balls after the curry is all cooked.
6.Garnish with coriander and serve with rice or roti
