Masala dosa
Ingredients
for dosa
1.Urad dal  1cup
2.Rice  2cups
3.Salt

For curry

Onions chopped 2cups
Potatoes 3medium
Mustard seeds 1/2tsp
Cumin seeds(zeera) 1/2tsp
Green chillies chopped 4
Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2tsp
Salt
Oil


Method for Dosa
1.Soak dal and rice for 4hrs.Grind dal and rice to a smooth paste and mix them.Refrigrate it overnight use it next morning .
2.heat a big pan and pour the batter with a deep round spoon and spread it to make it thinner.Add some oil on the edges of the Dosa.Flip on other side when slightly crispy and golden brown.fry for another 2 minutes on the other side.
4.Roll it in Aloo curry and serve with
sambar and chutney

Aloo curry
1.Boil ,peel and cut the potatoes in cubes.
2.Saute onions with mustard seeds,green chillies and zeera.
3.Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2minutes.
4.Add tumeric and potatoes.mix well and cook for 2minutes.


Serves 3-4
