Ingredients:
Basmati rice 6cups
lamb medium pieces 2lbs
Chicken cut in BBQ size 2lbs
Boiled Eggs 4
Shrimp Medium 1lb
Ginger garlic paste 3tbsp
Garam Masala(ground cumin,cloves and cinnamon) 2tsp
red chilli powder 1tsp
turmeric 1/2tsp
lime juice 1/2cup
Chopped cilantro and mint 1cup
Crispy fried onions 1cup
Yogurt 2cups
Preparation:
1.Marinate Lamb with yogurt and other spices for 2hrs
2.Pressure cook the marinated meat till the water is all absorbed
3.soak rice for 10-15minutes and cook with double the quanity of water
4.when nearly half done,drain the water.
5.Make layers of rice and cooked meat in a heavy bottom skillet .with rice at the bottom and meat curry in the center.cover with remaining rice.add lime juice and chopped cilantro and mint.
6.close tightly and cook for 15minutes.
7.Prepare
chicken tandoori .
8.Remove the lid of rice skillet.Mix the layers.Arrange the prepared biryani,tandoori chicken and eggs  on a large round plate.Spread the rice first add tandoori in the center and keep the halved eggs around the rice.
