Rava Dosa Ingredients 1.Urad dal 1cups 2.Idli Rava or Sooji rava 1cup 3.Onions chopped 2cups 4.Cumin seeds 1/2tsp 5.Green chillies chopped 4 6.Salt 7.Oil Method 1.Soak dal for 4hrs.Grind and ferment it overnight.Mix the fermented urad dal paste with the rava .Make a pouring consistency batter by adding water. 2.heat a big pan and pour the batter with a deep round spoon and spread it to make it thinner.Add some oil on the edges of the Dosa. 3.Add some chopped onions,green chillies and cumin seeds on each dosa .Flip on other side when slightly crispy and brown.fry for another 2 minutes on the other side. 4.serve hot with sambar and chutney. Serves 3-4 |
