Samosas Ingredients 1.All purpose flour 2cups 2.zeera 1/4tsp 3.potatoes-1 4.peas-2tsp 5.carrots-1 6.blackpepper-1/4tsp 7.greenchillies and coriander finely chopped 1/2cup 8.salt 9.oil to deep fry Method 1.For the filling .Boil the potatoes,peas and carrots.smash them and mix with salt,blackpepper and green masala 2.Make dough of the flour and little oil ,salt and zeera 3.make round rotis and cut in half.roll the halves in to cone shape and stuff the filling.seal with water. 4.heat oil and deep fry untill brown. 5.serve hot with ketchup Cooking tip:Samosas can also be stuffed with Kheema |
