Tamarind Date Chutney Ingredeints Tamarind paste 1cup Dates 1cup Zeera(cumin seeds) 1tsp Corainder seeds(Dhania) 1tsp Salt Method 1.roast the Coriander seeds and cumin seeds until light brown. 2.Grind dates with roasted coriander seeds and cumin seeds. 3.Also blend in the tamarind paste and salt. 4.serve with chaat or dahi vada. |
