As you can see from the above statment, Suzuki meant business when they first released the RG125F as a successor to the RG. At the time Suzuki were probably trying to cash in on the reputation of there superb RGV250 but like the RGV they gave it specs and performance to die for. In fact the RG125F is simply a scaled down RGV250 although many parts are still actually interchangeable, such as the front mud gard. If you look closely at the front forks you will also see the mounting points for another set of disk brakes as used for the RGV250. Never seen a RG125F with a RGV250 engine though!!!
