Alpha Sigma Alpha was founded in 1901 by a group of five women with common goals. Today, we live those goals and work to make each woman of Alpha Sigma Alpha one of poise and purpose. |

Primary Colors: Crimson- indicates loyalty Pearl White- represents fellowship Secondary Colors: Palm Green- signifies hope, immortality, and victory Gold- signifies wisdom, wealth, and social achievment Motto: Aspire, Seek, Attain Symbols: Star- represents the aspirations of ASA's to live up to the ideals of the sorority Crown- represents leadership attained and the name of recognition given to our alumnae Phoenix- represents the reorganization of the sorority in 1914 Palm Tree- represents an emblem of sturdy development Exemplars: Christ,St.Valentine,Hermes, King Asa |
