There are men, and then there are MEN. As seen above, Mike is getting a circumcision ceremony performed on him by people who KNOW how to do it competently. We are not inept novices. Mike's hands both flaring up is a gesture of acceptance, a symbol of becomming a MAN (although he's not Jew, but eh, who cares) by uhhh, extricating a piece of epidermal tissue.
None of this put them to sleep before operation crap. To be a REAL man, one must take the pain, for desire is the origin of suffering (desire to be a man in this case), and suffering is the source to enlightenment (enlightenment of extra comfort).
As Jon directs the expertly-wielded tool to its target, I stand vigilant in this most honorable of ceremonies. Awwww, how cute, Mike's gonna be a MAN. |
