About Jen
So what can I write here that would be interesting?  If you're visiting this site, you probably already know me, but here goes.  Getting the background stuff out of the way....I graduated high school in Indiana in '94, earned a BA in International Studies in '98 and an MBA in '03. I decided 20 years of school was enough (for now).  I work in the wine and spirits industry, as a Senior Corporate Responsibility Analyst and occasional meeting facilitator.

Hobbies:
Reading, Running, Traveling, spending time with my husband, our family and friends and being pet-owned.

Music has always been a big part of my life.  I started taking piano lessons at the age of five, but I would rather listen to someone else play. For instance....David Gray, James Blunt, Chris Isaak, Seal, Rufus Wainwright, Anna Nalick, Jason Mraz, Ryan Adams (formerly of Whiskytown), Norah Jones, Harry Connick Jr., Kasey Chambers, Bob Marley, and just about anyone played on the best radio station in Louisville for new musicians -
91.9 WFPK.

Since my maiden name happens to be sitting at the end of the alphabet, I have a certain perspective on the unique situation that has given me.  This article from The Economist is one of my favorites, and a great way of explaining what it's like to be "alphabetically disadvantaged".  Thanks to my husband I'm now somewhere in the middle.
