Genesis 2:23-24 "She will be called 'woman,' because she was taken out of a man." 24 This explains why a man leaves his father and mother and is joined to his wife, and the two are united into one."
Genesis 2:18 "And the LORD God said, "It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a companion who will help him."
1 Corinthians 7:39 "A wife is bound as long as her husband is living. But if her husband dies, she is free to be married to anyone she wants--only in the Lord."
Hebrews 13:4 "Marriage must be respected by all, and the marriage bed kept undefiled, because God will judge immoral people and adulterers."
1 Corinthians 7:2,28 "But because of sexual immorality, each man should have his own wife, and each woman should have her own husband.
