"Where will you be when they begin to walk?" Throughout all of human existance, we have fought wars amongst ourselves. Whether for religion, money, or power, our enemies have always been the same; humans. That all changed one day, in the beginning of the 21st century; The day the dead began to walk... So, here we are; pitted against a new kind of enemy. What happens next? That, my friends, is up to you. Do we muster whatever feelings of humanity we have left, and fight for a common goal? Or do we fail. In this brave new world there are things far worse than death. WELCOME to the world of They Walk Among Us, a Science Fiction Live Action Roleplaying Game (or LARP for short) currently under development. It is a world where human beings are on the losing side of a battle; a battle against the living dead. For whatever reason, the dead have begun to return to life and attack the living. Humans have begun to group them selves into encampments, following the collapse of society. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, This game will blend the best of zombie horror movies, like Romero's 'Dead' Trilogy (Night of the Living Dead, Dawn of the Dead, Day of the Dead) and 28 Days Later, and great LARP games like Amtgard, and NERO (New England Roleplaying Organisation), amd combines them in a way that will be great fun for fans of either.
