Samuel R. Lindsay

Samuel R. LINDSAY, son of Hazael LINDSAY and Sarah FORD, was born 25 January 1830 in Versailles, Ripley Co., Indiana. Samuel died 8 August 1910 in Crawford County, Illinois, and was buried in the Ford-Montgomery Cemetery located in Montgomery Twp., Crawford Co., Illinois.

Samuel married Mary Elizabeth ALLISON about 1850 in Crawford County, Illinois. She was born 11 August 1836 in Crawford County, Illinois, the daughter of Samuel H. ALLISON and Martha E. HIGHSMITH. Mary died 8 November 1901 in Crawford Co., Illinois, and was buried in the Ford-Montgomery Cemetery.

They had 11 children:
