Consequently, everything that can be known about this person can be beneficial, as it will aid in predicting his or her actions, as well as, perhaps,
enable you to know what he or she is expecting from you. Furthermore, there are the payoffs associated with the game, for knowing what the other player or players are playing for is also advantageous.
Once these aspects have been examined, there is the human behavior factor, which is twisted by temperament. Should you be able to advance ahead of another, for instance, he or she could be affected emotionally and this will affect his or her judgment, and potentially, his or her plan of attack.
Subsequently, knowing how the other player or players in a game are feeling becomes another advantageous piece of information. In the end, it is all the qualitative aspects of a game that must be analyzed in the best possible manner, which is through logic and reasoning.
Once these have been evaluated, a player is thence able to develop a doctrine of principles to keep in mind while playing the game. Thus, the other sources of knowledge induced in Game Theory have been realized.
What gives Game Theory its relevant importance, or rather, what makes it the best set of principles to follow, is that it does no apply only to one game. This includes the game of life.
Therefore, Game Theory lends it user the potential to compete fervently in all games in which he or she is a player. Game Theory enables one to see a situation in terms of gains and losses,
in that facts and principles are established from an analysis of a complete situation. All aspects considered. Through this means, the strategy that will yield the greater gain can be developed to achieve the success desired.
Likewise, one must also continually analyze his or her position, because as one progresses, the aspects surrounding the situation he or she is in are changing as well; therefore, this must be taken into account, too.
Moreover, by updating strategy tactics, one's strategy is kept changing so that it is both relevant to the current circumstances of the game, and it cannot be readily discovered by another player for his or her own exploitation.
A failure to adapt one's strategy with the game will result in a stale strategy, which may ultimately fail to recognize either gains or losses, leaving the player ineffective and at the mercy of the other players.
Hence, it all comes down to Game Theory, which strives to bring control of a situation into its user's hand. However, he or she who takes full advantage of it, and who uses it the best, is the one who will be victorious.
So, if longevity of success in life is desired, then view life as a game and apply the Theory of Games. For only then will the great grow greater, because the best is the best, and the game of games is the life we live.
"A theory can be abstract thought; play your life using good ones and you'll make yourself an abstract player with fewer limitations."
