Episode 3
Director:
Irvin Kershner is doing the second one so who's left to do the final one?
Sir Spielberg? I personally doubt it as I don't see his style fitting in with the Star Wars style of filmaking. The last movie Sir Lucas and Sir Spielberg worked on were the Indy movies and they were more fun/adventure. But I could be wrong.
Producer:
Rick McCallum
Studio:
20th Century Fox? Most likely. Dreamworks SKG?
MOVIE DESCRIPTION:In the final episode we will see
the completion of Anakins fall from grace.

Lucas, Star Wars Insider.
We know that James Earl Jones will provide the voice for Darth Vader toward the end of the 3rd film which only leads to the fact that the duel between Anakin and Obi-wan will occur in this episode.
One rumor/unconfirmed piece of info has Sir Alec Guiness doing a voice over for the opening and/or closing scenes of this episode. As to how true this is, know one knows, but he has been spotted on the lot of Leavesdan studios in discussions with Sir Lucas.
