• What happened to the Smoking man?? Where is his body?? Why was there lots of blood??
  
  
• The CEO of the FBI is killed, and nobody cares??
  
  
• Who is the sniper that's killing everybody??
  
  
• Who is Samantha?? Are they really thinking that we, the viewing pubic, are going to believe this?? She was abducted by aliens, and then "returned" to the Smoking Man?? Hard to believe.
  
  
• Is the Smoking Man Mulder's father?? (For real??)
  
  
• What was with all the cloning stuff on the TVs?? Why was Skinner in one of the cloning debates??
  
  
• Is the Smoking Man and Cancer Man really clones of each other, one being nice to Mulder, and one hating him??
  
  
• How was Scully's cancer "cured" in 2 hours?
  
  
• Why didn't the Lone Gunman fine the little microchip in the deionized water the first time??
