The standard 4-back cardback depicted the first four released figures, the Well of Souls playset and the Map Room playset. Also, it explained the "FREE! BELLOQ" offer and showed the Belloq Ceremonial Robe picture that was later used for the carded figure. Toht, Cairo Swordsman and Marion Ravenwood all came on the standard 4-back card. Indiana Jones was issued on a modified 4-back card.
