To whom am I speaking?"
"This is Acting Captain Lt. Miller of
the Federation Starship Imperial. The captain is off-duty. I would
like to know why your ship is in Federation space."
"The situation is quite complicated. Perhaps
it would be best explained in person."
"What would you suggest?"
"Perhaps some of my officers and I could
meet with your officers on your ship."
You respond:
"I'll have to
ask my captain--she'll be here soon."
"That is not acceptable.
Your crew would pose a threat to our security."
