Compute the times of Rise and Set of a Star

This is a first-order implementation of the times of Rise and Set of a Star. I do not consider the eccentricity of the orbit of the Earth or any irregularity of Earth's rotation.

The advantage is that, by using a Tropic Calendar and Tropic Coordinates, these formulas can be applied to any year or even to fictional planets...

Notice that the Longitude of the Observer does not enter the computation, since the output is given in local hours.

I hope (*) the error in this page is less than 30 minutes.
