The bus with all the tourist just arrived in front of the hotel "La Mare" in Cliane (Italy)."Oh, great! We have arrived! I was thinking my back will fall off! Hey - don't you want to get out?!" Marion asked."O.K., O.K.! Here we go!", answers Stephan.They all got off the bus. Marion, Stephan, Markus and finally Melanie. They took their suitcases and went into the hotel.
"Ah - welcome! I am glad you decided to pass another vacation with us!" It's the owner of the hotel."I do have two rooms, number 19 and 20! They are very quiet", he starts whispering, " you only can reach them through great
difficulty! They have been hidden! Far away from the others! Just nice to do amore and things like that!" He smiles."Thanks!" Stephan smiles to Marion and the others start laughing.They were guided to the third floor.
It was really true: The two rooms were very far from the others, just in the other part of this floor, about 30 meters away from the next room."Please come in! Thanks a lot Signore!"Marion and Stephan took room number
20, Markus and Melanie number 19."I do think we should undo our suitcases and then have a shower!", told Marion. The others nodded. After having undone the suitcase, Marion went into the bathroom to have a shower.
While she was trying to wash her back Stephan came in suddenly. He touched her on the shoulder. She turned around and looked at him. Then she undressed him and some moments later they were both standing under the
shower, kissing.
Chapter 2
About an hour later they went to the beach and met Melanie and Markus."Have you finished already?" Melanie smiled.They nodded."What about having a look at what the hotel has to offer?" Markus asks."I would guess
Melanie and I will go to town, O.K.!""But please don't be away too long!", Stephan said.
When Melanie got free again, Carmen and Gustavo started hissing at her. They opened their mouths and Melanie saw long, sharp fangs. Their eyes were burning a dole red."What's up? Who or what are you?", she asked scared."You will find out very soon!"Gustavo jumped on Melanie and fixed her to the ground. Melanie tried to get free but he seemed to have the power of a bear. Finally Carmen got closer to her. She started kneeing beside her."No! Let me go!", Melanie screamed.Melanie tried again to get free, but she couldn't. Carmen got closer again with her mouth wide open. Melanie tried again to get free but she could already feel Carmen's breath on her skin. Gustavo started grinning."Stop this nonsense!", Melanie cried.They started giggling. Finally Melanie felt Carmen licking along her throat. Melanie jerked scared. Suddenly she felt a very strong pain. She realized Gustavo laughing. She felt Carmen draining her blood. Suddenly Melanie got a feeling telling her it won't help her to fight it, so she let go. Suddenly there was a smile on her face; she seemed to like it and felt to get free, while Carmen drained her blood."What is going to happen with me now?", Melanie asked after Carmen was finished."You will be an immortal creature like us; a vampire! You are still in transformation but in a minute you will be like us! A special creature!", Gustavo told."What does this mean? What am I supposed to do now?", Melanie asked."Now you are one of us! Come!"Gustavo led her to the mirror. Scared Melanie realized there wasn't any reflection anymore."What's this nonsense?", she asked.Without an answer she opened the door and started leaving. She opened the front door. After the sunlight had hit her skin she started screaming and closed the door again. There was a kind of smoke coming from her skin."What have you done to me? What am I?", she asked.Carmen and Gustavo had followed her."You are a vampire, meaning you are undead. Being exposed to the sun, you will die!""But how could I come back to my friends?""You are with your friends! Come, are you thirsty, do you want blood?", Carmen asked.
At the word blood she got a feeling she had never felt before. She got very thirsty and so she followed them into the kitchen. There Carmen took a piece of meat and pressed the blood into three glasses. Carmen passed one to
Melanie."Drink! From now on you will only drink blood!"Melanie got even more thirsty by looking at the blood in the glass. She lowered the glass. Suddenly her eyes started burning red. When the glass touched her lips and
she opened her mouth a little bit where you could see her sharp fangs. When the first drop of blood touched her mouth she lowered the glass and drank the whole glass at once. After having drunken Carmen took her hand and
led her into the cellar. There four coffins where standing, two for the parents and two for Gustavo and Carmen."Until yomorrow, when you get your own coffin, you will sleep in mine with me.", told Carmen .Carmen
opened the coffin and Melanie got in followed by Carmen, who closed it behind her.
Chapter 3
"Where is Melanie?", Markus asked."Could you ask me something easier?", Marion answered."Shall I call the police?", Stephan proposed. The others shook their heads. They didn't really know whether Melanie had
disapeared or whether she would return the next moment. They knew as well the police would only start searching her after 24 hours .The day was nearly finished and it got darker."What shall we do today?", Markus asked
because he wanted the others to think of something different."Having a look for Melanie!", Marion answered.They went into the city.
"Hey - what's up there?", Marion screamed; she just came that way with Stephan and Markus. Melanie dropped the girl into the sand and started hissing at them."Melanie?!", Markus asked astonished.But she only opened her mouth, which was full of blood, and hissed at them.When Marion, Stephan and Markus tried to get near her she suddenly stretched her arms and she started to change. Suddenly there were wings between her and her arms. Some moments later and Melanie had changed into a bat. She flew directly to Marion, who moved away the last moment and when she turned around, Melanie, the bat, was gone."Was this really Melanie?""I would guess, yes!", the boys answered."What has she done here? Here mouth was full of blood, here eyes were burning red and I thought she had very big teeth, just like fangs!", Marion tried to remember.Suddenly there was a heavy breathing, a little moaning and a crying.Marion turned around at once and saw the little girl lying in the sand. Marion sat down an took the head of the child in her hand."What has happened?", she asked."The girl jumped on me and bit me!", Dagmar answered.Marion turned Dagmar's head and looked at her neck where she found two round wounds."Are you O.K. so far?", Marion asked."I do think so!", answered the girl and started crying again.Marion took here head and held her close to her, Dagmar's head near her shoulder. In this position the girl suddenly calmed down. Suddenly Marion felt a great pain and moved Dagmar away from here. She looked in Dagmar's face. She had red burning eyes, a mouth full of blood and sharp fangs. Before Marion could ask anything Dagmar stretched her arms, she also got wings and she vanished in no time.Marion got up very carefully. She reached to her neck. In here hand she found blood. They boys, who just were standing there, asked scared"Shall we call for a doctor or are you all right?""Yeah, I'm O.K. I will go to the water to clean the wound!", she answered.When she came back she asked: "What was this, have the two been vampires ?! They both had great fangs!""That can't be true! Vampires are only a fairytail, my darling!", Stephan told her and wrapped his arms around her. Her wound stopped bleeding."Let me see. Everythings O.K.! Just two little wounds, nothing to worry about!", he said.They kept moving on slowly, as if nothing had happened. Which great failure they did they will only be able to find out in some time. Chapter 4
Melanie, Carmen and Gustavo arrived at the house. Just as they wanted to open the door, Dagmar got out of the darkness and pressed her body to Melanie's."From now on, I will stay with you!""She seems having chosen you as her mother!", Carmen told. Melanie bent down and Dagmar smiled at her, showing her fangs. Softly Melanie kissed Dagmar on her plae, cold cheek, took Dagmar by her hand and followed the others in the cellar."Tomorrow, you will get your own coffin!", Carmen said. "I don't want one! I want to be with Melanie!", Dagmar protested."It's O.K.!", Melanie said."Did you like it?", Gustavo asked."Yes, very much! But what a pity, Marion got there!""I bit the girl!" Dagmar smiled with her eyes burning red."Damn, now they do know about us being vampires. Now they will hunt us and try to destroy us!", Melanie said aloud."When she has bitten her then it's like an illness. She gets more and more ill and finally she will be a vampire herself!", Carmen explained."But now, we do have to get in our coffins! I can feel the sun rising!", Gustavo told.Very fast, they were in their coffins and Dagmar moved as close to Melanie as she could. Melanie put her arm around the girl to protect her just like a mother.Marion was standing in front of the mirror, looking at her wounds. She cleaned them and put some make up on it. Finally she went to bed. Markus knocked on the door and entered."Do you think we will find Melanie again?", he asked."I am sure, we will!", Marion answered. She was astonished herself because of the answer but it seemed to be burned in her head. She moved closer to Stephan who put his arms around her and soon they were all asleep.
The next morning at 10 am they got up. Stephan gave Marion a little kiss to wake her up."Good morning!" Markus had entered the room. Marion moved and opened her eyes. Suddenly Stephan got scared."What's the matter with you, Marion?", he asked."Why?""Your eyes are red!", he answered."I haven't seen anything!", answered Markus lowering his shoulders."Oh great! now I am starting to go crazy!" Stephan let him fall on the bed.Marion went to the bathroom.'Now we were here this long but still I am as pale as I was when we came here!", she thought.They passed a great day without any difficulties.Marion had a shower. Markus entered the room, coming from the police."Any good news?", Stephan asked."Nothing! The police promised to take care of it!"Marion had come from the bathroom wrapped in a towel. When she heard about this she went back in the bathroom. She took a file and filed her nails. Suddenly she saw she had injured herself and she started bleeding. She took the finger into her mouth to stop the bleeding. She put the file back into the case in front of the mirror. When she had taken a look in the mirror perhaps she would have been scared because her eyes were burning red. She took out her finger and it had already stopped bleeding. She got dressed."Lets go to the city! Perhaps this will make us think of something different!", she told.They left to go to town and soon they came to a little pub. They went in and ordered three glasses of wine."I will be back in a minute! I do have to take something because of my headache!", Marion told."Wow - that will be a wonderfull night. Medicine and alcohol!""I do hope you are able to sleep!", Markus added.Marion went to the toilette. When she looked into the mirror, she got scared. She looked more plae than she had ever looked before. She also thought being able to see things behind her by looking through herself.'What a nonsense! This headache makes me crazy!' She took the pill, drank a bit of water and went back to the boys. She couldn't know the headache was because she was changing into a vampire."Everything O.K.?", Stephan asked.Marion nodded. Chapter 5
Meanwhile Melanie has got up again. There was already another coffin in the cellar. Melanie knew, it was the one for Marion.They all went to the beach. This time they were led by Dagmar. Soon she found a girl at her age. Her eyes burned a dole red when she got near the girl. After having looked in her eyes she was under Dagmar's spell. Some minutes later and Dagmar bit Gabi, the little girl Dagmar found, into her neck. Because of being so small there was also blood left for the others. They placed her into the sand. Some minutes later Gabi opened her eyes and she also had red burning eyes and when she started smiling they could see her fangs.
Marion and the others were going back to the hotel. When they arrived they fell into their beds. Marion couldn't sleep and got up silently again, for not to wake the boys and got on the balcony. There she looked into the sky.'Perhaps I will be able to sleep with some fresh air!', she thought.She looked round her and saw that there were still many lights burning.'I shouldn't have laughed, when Stephan said I shouldn't do it! Now I am drunk or mad!'A smile caught her lips and if she would have been standing in front of a mirror she could have seen her face with red burning eyes and sharp fangs.Finally she went to bed and slept until the morning.The next day the went to the beach. After dinner Marion suddenly told:"I do think, I'm not very well! I do think I will go back to out room!""I do accompany you! Keep going to the beach!", Stephan told.Markus meanwhile went to the beach.Stephan accompanied Marion to their room. She asked him, to go back to the beach, because she didn't want him having to miss bathing and sunbathing because of her. He didn't really want to go, but finally he went.Marion lay down on the bed and slept an hour. Finally she awoke , for she had to go to the bathroom. While washing her hands she took a look in the mirror and got very scared. She could not see herself in the mirror anymore. When she was moving her hand over her face, she didn't realize anything special, but when she arrived at her mouth she thought her teeth to be much longer than normal, like fangs. When she finally touched into her mouth she got scared again: Her teeth were really much longer than normal.'Now you are totally mad!', she told to herself.She went back to her bed and lay down again. The sun was shining into her face. She stood up again to close the curtains. The sun didn't only disturb her but it seemed to hurt her.Some time later, the boys returned from the beach."Better again?", Markus asked."Yeah!", Marion was lying."Concerning to your tan, I would guess not! You are very pale!", Stephan told her.'Should I tell them about my 'experience'?', she thought, but decided not to."Where will we go today?", Marion asked."When you are not well, we won't go anywhere!""I am well!", she protested."O.K.,O.K.! Where do you want to go?"They finally left. When they left Marion thought her heart to beat slower and slower, like it wanted to stop beating. Because of being afraid they would go back to the hotel, she didn't tell the boys. At about 1 a.m. they returned to the hotel. They fell in their beds because of being very tired. Markus slept already the next second, Stephan was having a conversation with Marion.She stood up and went to the bathroom and Stephan finally was sleeping although he wanted to have fun with Marion.Some moments later she returned from the bathroom. When she was standing in the middle of the room she suddenly felt a great pain in her left breast. She reached out for her hand to search for the pulse, but couldn't find it so she reached out for her neck, but there was none too!'I do think, I should go onto the balcony! Perhaps fresh air will help me!'She opened the door and went onto the balcony. The moment she arrived there and she felt the wind blowing into her face, she suddenly stopped. Suddenly her eyes started burning red like a fire. She opened her mouth and there were her fangs. She could already smell the sweetness of the blood. She stretched her arms and suddenly there appeared wings."Marion, is it you there on the balcony?!"Stephan was awake. Marion turned and when she heard Stephan coming to the door, she turned around and flew away, being a bat. When Stephan turned on the light, he got scared."Did you see Marion?!" he asked Markus, who had already come to the room. He shook his head."Damn! This can't be true! Now Marion has gone, too!"Marion was flying above the beach. Chapter 6
Melanie and the others were up too and had gone to the beach. Marion saw them and approached them. She went to them while changing again."Welcome in the darkness!", Melanie welcomed her."There you are! I missed you! Now we are together for eternity!"They walked along the beach. Suddenly they stopped."Look! A party! They are 6, like us! One for each!", Gustavo told.They decided who will take who and jumped at them. They didn't have any chance. They drained their blood and Marion was really excited. They drained their blood until their hearts stopped beating. This meant, they won't be any vampires and they will die. Suddenly the girl, Marion was draining the blood, got up and smiled at them with red burning eyes and sharp fangs in her almost closed mouth."Ups - did I stop too early? Was her heart still beating?" Marion told while cleaning her bloody mouth."What's your name?", Carmen asked."Sabine!", she answered."Welcome in the darkness, Sabine!", Melanie welcomed her.Together they flew above the city being bats and returned to the house when the first sunlight appeared.Stephan and Markus were thinking, what to do. They went to the police. They also didn't have any information.So they passed their day in town having a look for the girls and went to the beach afterwards.In the evening they went to town again having a look for the girls. They came to the place, were the bodies of the others were lying. The police was already there. They had found them some minutes ago, because it was very seperated from the beach and was only visited by couples; one of them had found the bodies. Stephan and Markus went there, to ask for information."Stop! You can't go this way!", a police man yelled."Let them go, Luigi! I do know them!", it was the chief of the police."Any new information?", Stephan asked."No, but we have found some bodies! I do hope they are not there but perhaps ...."'Please god, don't let them be there!', Stephan thought.The chief accompanied them and the boys took a deep breath because they haven't found the girl, but were shocked because of the others. They left."I a fade up for today! Lets go back to the hotel!", Stephan told. Markus nodded.
They arrived back at the hotel and went to their rooms.They lay down on the beds and were talking in the darkness what they should do. Suddenly there was a noise at the balcony. They held their breaths. Suddenly Melanie
and Marion were standing in the door and behind them some other persons."Hey - where have you come from?", Stephan asked astonished."From outside!", Marion answered and started smiling so the girls could see her
sharp fangs."Do you want to pull our legs? What have you been thinking to do this nonsense?", Markus asked being very angry because the boys still believed it to be a joke."That's no fun!", Melanie answered and Markus
could see Melanie had sharp fangs too."We are all vampires!", Carmen explained.The girls were approaching the boys, but they moved away."Don't you love us anymore?", they asked sadly. Their eyes started to burn
red."Yeah - but we are scared because of you! We don't actually know, what this means and what has happened to you!""We have come to take you with us into the darkness!", Melanie explained smiling.They approached again
and again the boys moved away."Could you do this to me?", Marion asked.Stephan looked into her red burning eyes, because he was not sure what to do and Markus did the same. When they did they were under the girl's will.
They approached again and again and got near their necks. While telling them "Now we will take you into darkness with us. There we will be together for eternity" the girls bit into their necks. The others who were standing
beside them without having said much, approached too and bit into some other parts of the boys' bodies. One bit into the leg, another one near the stomach and another one into the hand. The vampires were draining their
blood.Shortly before their hearts stopped beating, they stopped. The boys faced the girls, who were smiling at them with their bloody mouths.Suddenly their hearts stopped. Some moments later the boys felt the girls' lips on
theirs' and a sweet taste of blood. They opened their eyes, which were also burning red. The boys smiled at the girls who fell into their arms, because they saw the boys' fangs.
