DARKER DAYS
Role Playing Game
Last Updated 01/23/99

Darker Days is a role playing game set in the dark near future of 2031. The game has a cyberpunk theme but with a little twist.
The game system was designed by me and is based on the principles of simplicity and game flow.

It's not a weekly update but it's better than nothing.

I've been working for quite a while on the equipment list. What I did was write descriptions for all the equipment items on the different lists. Now you can understand what each cyberware does, how much data can be stored on a datachip, and many other useful things. The explanations are at the bottom of each equipment page (Cyberware, Weapons, and General Equipment).

Another equipment bit that was missing was a vehicles list. Well, now it's not missing anymore. I've added a short vehicles list to the General Equipment page.

To wrap everything up I've added a downloadable zip file for all equipment related items. There are two files in the zip archive - one file contains all the equipment tables and another file contains all the descriptions. You can download it from the Downloads section or from here: equipment.zip

Another item I've been wanting to change is the character generation explanation. I didn't like the way the character generation process was presented. It was a little complicated and confusing to read through. What I did was remodel it into a (hopefully) more understandable format. You can find it in the Shortened Rules page.

Lastly, I want to remind you that I am almost closing the PBEM list. Anyone who wants to join, please email me soon or you will lose your chance.
