Murai Ninja I

Sculptor: Takayuki Takeya Company: Max Factory Scale: 1/6 Material: vinyl Date Completed: 1995 Comments: I sure love these Japanese models and this one combines two of my favorite genres, samurai and sci-fi. When I purchased this model and it's companion piece, Murai Ninja II, I had not even heard of the character. Eventually I did get my hands on the movie. Unfortunately, it was in Japanese without dubbing or subtitles. I only hope it was not as dumb as it looked, cause I think this is one cool looking character. He is also know as Future Ninja, Cyber Ninja, and Cyborg Ninja. I did the build up of both Murai Ninja models at the same time in order to keep the colors and techniques consistant.
