Ghost Rider

Sculptor: unkown Company: Horizon Scale: 1/6 Material: vinyl Date Completed: 1995 Comments: Another in the large group of Marvel superheroes that Horizon did in the early and mid- 90's. My very first attempt at doing flames. It's hard to make something solid and unmoving look like real fire. I started with a brillant orange base coat and dry brushed a brillant yellow on the high points. I followed this some very fine dry brush red and white highlights. It turned out okay, but I still cringe a little every time I'm faced with a model with fire. Any tricks that any of you have would be appreciated. I did have a lot of fun with all the metal spikes and chains.
