Sculptor: Joseph Slockbower Company: Horizon Scale: 1/6 Material: vinyl Date Completed: 1994 Comments: I got excited about this model the first time I saw an ad for it coming out. I finally got it the day before I had to leave on a business trip for a week. So I packed up a travel kit of tools and paints and took it all with me. I rushed home from the hospital that I was doing a visiting fellowship at each day and worked on it at night. This model was done using only nine colors which I blended for the diferent shades. Most of these still stain the carpet of an unnamed Atlanta hotel room to this day. |
