As you may or may not already know, these are our slugs, Sea Meenkee (on the left) and Joie'la (on the right). Click on either of them to read their own individual stories. Meenkee has been very happy since Joie'la joined our family. He'd been getting kind of lonely since his friend Marmalade left for the summer, so he is very happy to have someone new to play with. He and Joie'la race every so often, but for some reason or another they always end in a tie. (Personally, I think that Meenkee's got a bit of a crush on Joie'la *shh!*) They've become very good friends in the short time they've been together, and I have the feeling that they'll be best friends for life, however long that may be. And so far as anything beyond that (*wink*), only time will tell!
