Recently in Florida's Broward County, a caseworker was
arrested for taking nude photos of children in his care.
At the time of his arrest, he said, "They are getting
even with me because I was going to tell on them for
putting children in shelters that are not legal."

Is Broward County DCF using illegal shelters? If they
are, why have charges not been filed for endangering
the welfare of children?

If it was me or you we would be charged!

A woman by the name of Kimberly Mays had her child
taken away from her by DCF. Reasons were not given,
only that she was working hard to get her child back.
Childrens Services is giving her one hour every two
weeks to see her child. One would think they would
consider the child and what he is going through; his
mother can't be with him.

A DCF spokesperson said that Ms. Mays' family wants to
take the child until she gets it together. The spokesperson
also said, "We don't know them well enough."

Isn't this the same family who was given the wrong baby
by the hospital, which was only discovered after the other
mis-placed child died from illness?

Both families were in court for years, and were on TV.
But DCF DOES NOT KNOW THEM!
