What is the M&STD?
The M&STD is The Mulder and Scully Tactically Deprived, a group of X Files fans and shippers. It is a private emailing list of 37 people of many ages, who talk about things that range from the show, to school, work, their families and their everyday lives . It was started by Sarah Larios and Susan Garcia as a way for the "listers" or "M&STDers" to keep in touch with each other and talk about the show. It has grown from a count of around 10 members when it first started in mid 1996 up to its current count of 37 members.
What are shippers?
There are many different definitions of what shippers are. Basically, a shipper is someone who thinks Mulder and Scully are in love with each other and want them to have a relationship. "Shipper" is taken from the word "relationshipper".
What is the X Files?
Only one of the best shows currently on television. It's a multi award winning and Emmy award winning show that airs at 9PM on Sundays on the FOX network, after King of the Hill. The fifth season begins on Sunday, November 2nd!
What can we look forward to on the M&STD web page?
In the weeks to come, there will be many changes to this sight. You can look forward to pictures of the lovely duo, Mulder and Scully, episodes guides to the show, links to other great sights, fan fic, biographies and pictures of members of the M&STD mailing list, a chat room, bulletin boards, and much much more!
