Trivia:	Aged 5 he moved to Pleasant Hill, San Francisco Bay Area. Aged 10 they moved to Northern Illinois. Worked briefly in Chicago, before LA. Father worked in the insurance industry. Mother was a schoolteacher. Both parents are immigrants from the Netherlands. Understands more Dutch than he speaks because he has never formally taught it. Been back to the Netherlands and is close to his grandfather, aunts & uncles there. He tries visit there once a year. Fascinated by movies & television since childhood. Always wanted to become an actor. Appeared in several high school plays. Entered University with the intention of becoming a lawyer, but he tried out for, and won, a theatre scholarship. Began auditioning while still at school Moved to LA in 1985 for an film appearance, Nothing in Common, relocated permanently after being cast in the South Coast Repertory's production of Buried Child Co-wrote & starred in the short film Blood Chemistry. Anthony is a married man. When his son was born in 97, his cousin from Holland had a son on the same day.
