Georgi is master of cold in all it's forms. As a relatively new Avatar, he doesn't have the same control over his powers as Nassir, but he is learning. Hunted by the secret policing government organization known as interpol, it turns out Georgi once worked in the Bosnia/Serbian deathcamps and was actually responsible for genocide. But when he received his powers, he decided to use them to atone for his crimes. (Good guy?)
