Quark is a Ferengi entrepreneur who runs Quark's bar on the Federation Station Deep Space Nine.
He feels unfairly persecuted by the Station's security chief Odo.
Quark served as the Grand Nagus in 2369, when Grand Nagus Zek apparently died.
He is currently in exile from Ferenginar after breaking a contract with a Ferengi, he can no longer do business with any Ferengi.
Quark was first seen in "Emissary".
