Blond. Bad hair-cut. Saved Aneirin's sheep, Morag. Nearly toppled Amber from her lofty perch atop Kolvir. Dalt was a slow and angry man, a sort of karmic opposite of Gerard. In revenge for his father's acts against his mother he felt compelled to attack Amber, and made a pact with Crowley to do so. This earned him only death at Benedict's hands.
