The Philosophy of David Hume, by Norman Kemp Smith. An excellent piece of scholarship, and one of the key works on Hume's philosophy.

David Hume: Critical Assessments, edited by Stanley Tweyman. This recently published multi-volume anthology of key articles is the definitive collection of important papers on Hume, but it is far too expensive to own. Hopefully your local university has it in their library.

Hume, by Barry Stroud. This is a quick introduction to Hume's philosophy, and a highly cited worked.
