I have seen many stars,
From Zeus to Polaris.
I have seen many wonders,
From black holes to the Great Nebulas.
I have traveled far and wide
Across this large, vast universe.
Yet in all my travels I've yet to meet
Someone like you.
Your eyes are made of stardust,
Your lips like a red giant star.
your skin like the rings of Saturn.
Your wisdom of all space.
And in all my travels I've yet to meet
Anything like you.
Tis a fine thing this world has created.
Tis a fine thing it gives.
Just knowing there is still fairness
In this vast, wide universe.
Just knowing that you exist
Is all the stars to me.
I, tis a fine thing I've discovered
Something like you.
But as time goes by and my home planet calls,
I know my travels are ended.
And as I go, I soon discover,
This beautiful creature I've wooed.
This something from Earth
Turned out to be an alien too.
As I streak through space;
As I travel far and wide through this vast universe,
I recall my travels though time.
I know in my heart,
I'll never meet anyone else like you.
