Public Schools HRA Chapter meets six times per year (even months), at 7:30, on the 1st Monday, at Dallas Brooks Hall, 300 Albert Street, East Melbourne. In this consitution -- which is a consolitation of English, Irish and Scottish Constitutions -- two "degrees" are worked:
These two "degrees" are usually worked on consecutive evenings when one, two or three Candidates are available. Unlike the Irish and Scottish Constitutions, the Mark is not involved in this Consitution, nor is it a prerequisite, as in the American York Rite. In some ways, this Constitution follows the Scottish Constitution most, but the Mark is not conducted in Chapters at all. The Mark Degree is administered by the United Grand Lodge of Mark Master Masons, and separate Mark Lodges exist, as in the English Constitution. This Chapter is aligned with Public Schools Mark Lodge and both these groups join for an annual Ladies night after the December meeting.
