This is a somewhat alarming conclusion - that science at its utmost limits is congruent with some exogenous, metaphysical realm - which in final definition exists somehow outside scientific parameters. This is certain to be a highly controversial notion - nonetheless, we arrive at a solution - the only single means of filling all the gaps simultaneously.

The DNA - Ribosome - Mitochondria mystery: Why the 20 amino acids could appear at the exact time and in the precise form (out of a googol of possible candidates) necessary to provide both a self-replicating message system and a structural module set- and how the DNA molecule and the ribosome could both appear, not disparately, but discrete and synchronous, functions through M and T RNA as a typewriter which writes and reads its message and simultaneously builds itself so as to read what it writes - as well as that cryptic and unexplained isomorph, the Mitocondria. The Metalevel Recursion Set problem: Whence come the parameters of a system sufficiently coherent to define and replicate itself...which nonetheless can never be totally self-contained (subject to mathematical demonstration) - and whither goes the logical paradigm generated by such systems when their recursion leads either to an infinite regress or into random noise?
