On Friday, the 10th of September, at McCallapallooza, along with 6:30 Sunday Night and 48 Bit Spaceboat, Set on Edge, completely unrehearsed played a several song set on a stage in Willow Creek Community Church in the Chicago area. The line-up was Steve Rieske, Dave McCall, Bob (from 48 Bit), and myself, and we played through a VERY unrehearsed set comprised of, among others; Carry it With Me, Warmer Days, From Here to There, Give Without Taking, A Rose Once Grew, I've Gone Somewhere to Be Alone, and I'll be on my Way. Needless to say, it was sloppy and rushed, but OH so very much fun! Thank you very much for sticking around, those of you who were able to make it...and for those who were unable, we're sorry you couldn't be there. Steve and I also performed "Allow Me To" during the lighting of the Unity Candle during the wedding. It was a blast. Many congratulations, too, to Dave and Annie McCall -- it was a beautiful wedding, and we were all honored to be a part of it. Well -- if all goes as planned, God-willing, the Georgia line-up of Set on Edge will be playing the Sozo festival in Athens, GA, this next month...I hope to tape the show and burn some c.d.'s from it, but I'll keep you all informed.
