Adopt Your Own Egret!

A few months ago, the Protectress of Anathia started collecting abandoned egret chicks. She said something about wanting to care for them. Like all baby creatures, the abandoned egrets got bigger and have started eating more and more Anathian food. I only have enough resources to take care of the Protectress, so she and I decided it would be good to put them up for adoption.

If you are interested in adopting one of these egrets to perhaps protect your own site, please follow these steps:

The only guidelines that the Protectress will use to designate whether you are a fit owner are as...

Yaddie, Yaddie, yaddie. I think that if you're interested in adopting an adorable little feathered fiend..I mean, friend...you are not going to have anything on your site like what I've mentioned--and you probably already know the silly guidelines drill anyhow!

After you have placed your adoptee on your website and after the Protectress has flown over to take a look, I will link you up on the Adoption Pages, with the name of your adoptee and with your name and your website URL.

Now it's time to choose your egret!

Shy Egret
It took the Protectress and me an hour to convince Shy Egret to pose for the photograph, and even then she tried to get away! Shy is sweet, gentle and loving, but might be nervous at first.

Dreamer Egret
Dreamer is a quiet egret until you get her alone; on a one-on-one basis, Dreamer will open up to you, listen to you and will express her deepest feelings.

Elegant Egret
Elegant is outgoing, cheerful, and always ready to put on a show. Her friendly face will welcome any and all guests when they visit your website.

Excited Egret
Excited is a bit hyper, but always really happy. Whatever is going on, Excited is the life of the party, playing the role of a complete ham no matter what!

Dignified Egret
Dignified is cool and calm, but will give you her two cents worth when she so chooses. Independant and slightly haughty, Dignified definitely has a mind of his own!

Jester Egret
Jester is comical and entertaining with her many different skills of juggling, body contortion and joke-telling. She's a showbird: when not on stage, she is sweet and considerate.

I would like to thank all of the photographers from whose sites the Protectress "found" the adoptees. Please go to my Credits Page to see exactly why I started this and to find links to where the Protectress found her birds.
