Rule No. 1: Don't say these things:
"Australopithecines used to break nuts open on their heads with their sagittal crests."
"Lyell stated that organisms DO NOT EVOLVE and were always the way they are
now. This theory he labeled Uniformitarianism."
"Large canines make tearing into small animals easier for the chimps."
"Chimps often sleep in trees(they live normally in forests) and here the
long arms (for climbing the trees) come in very handy and so do the short
legs."
"Chimps are the most closely related primates to humans. Both are alive
today."
"Humans have a cranial capacity that is 3 times more than they can use."
Rule No. 2:
Avoid having your TA secretly conclude any of the following things about you:
- Works well when under constant supervision and cornered like a rat
in a trap.
- This man is depriving a village somewhere of an idiot.
- This student should go far, and the sooner he starts, the better.
- Since the last quiz he has reached rock bottom, and has started to dig.
- She sets low personal standards and then consistently fails to achieve
them.
- He would be out of his depth in a car park puddle.
- This young lady has delusions of adequacy.
- He has the wisdom of youth, and the energy of old age.
-Support bacteria - it's the only culture some people have.
