An Achievement List should be included in an application for college admission, or with a scholarship application. There are various ways to type a list; each highlighting your accomplishments in different ways. Choose the one that seems best for you: Sample One, or Sample Two, or Sample Three. But no matter which type you use, always list your most recent accomplishments in each category first.

Sample One Achievement List    (this style focuses on each year, separately)

Senior Year (1997-98)

Recieved Bear Pin for outstanding achievement
Reporter and Co-Editor on the Searchlight staff (school newspaper)
President of the TUFF club (promotes abstinence from drugs and alcohol)
