        "Have you thought how
cooling and how relaxing a nice ocean breeze is to the body? Or, if you are not near
water, how about just a nice breeze.
Soft and gentle it stirs the air around you. This
is a meditational moment. A clearing, a pause, a shifting of the energies around your
	body.
The air you breathe is polluted. For the most part,
it is not clear as it was meant to be. A breeze acts as a distiller of the air, a
cleanser. It is a reviving energy flow for the inward body. Many, or most of you do
not breathe deep enough. Perhaps you can't because of the air around you. But, if you
can breathe deeper in a relaxed way, you will find that the body will respond in a
	positive though subtle way.
When the breezes become stronger, the difference is
sometimes profound. Most people do not mind that change until it becomes stronger and
stronger. At that time, we have nature at its fiercest with its force and volume and
sound. This is a cleansing but in a destructive form. It can be terrifying to see a
tornado advancing, to hear its announcing call.
Any force of nature that expresses its strength
cannot be contained or controlled. It can, however, be sensed to better prepare one's
self and to prepare for safety measures to be taken. How is this done? By temperature.
The temperature will change somewhat and one might say this is not a good indicator as
temperature is always changing. But it is a two or three degree change and those who
are sensitive to earth's way will notice that there is a slight change in the air itself.
A different feeling, a different sound. It is very subtle, but it is there.
Have you listened to the earth? Are you where you
can put your ear to the ground? Have you ever actually connected with her? What do you
hear? What do you feel? There is much to discover.
Take safety measures when the wind howls for it
speaks its voice in its strongest tones.
To return to more calming matters, find a space --
if it is possible -- where there is little interference by sound and movement. Feel the
air. Sense it. Move with it. And, most importantly, listen to it."
