Conrod is a surname which is found primarily in Germany. It should be noted that Conrod family members have migrated through history and have carried the Conrod name to many areas.In studying various archives it was found that one of the earliest references to the Conrod family name dates back in history to the year 1093.
The yellow or gold in our coat of arms is said to symbolize our generosity the high elevation of our minds. It also reflects our hopes, ambitions and aspirations.
