Princess Sabrina
The young lady pictured with my son's children is Princess Sabrina -- their Au Pair from Germany in the year 2000.
Princess Sabrina is descended from Henry I (aka "The Fowler"); King of Germany, first of the Saxon line of German kings.
Like Princess Ewa (their former Au Pair), she took very good care of her charges. She adapted well to life in the US, and spoke English very well.
It did take us and three Maryland State Troopers however to convince her that Interstate Route I-95 was not the American version of the Autobahn.
Princess Sabrina returned to her native Germany for a short stay, but I'm happy to report, she's back in the US as a full-time student.
In spite of any impressions this photo may induce, Princess Sabrina is not pursuing her degree at The PlayBoy Institute
She's staying with a new "Host Family" and has resumed her college studies here in Maryland. I'm happy to report she remains in contact with our family and visits on a regular basis.
Here's the Princess following a horseback riding expedition where she accompanied Princess Geneviève & I.
The 3+ hour ride was the first ever for me. And it took place at a local Riding Academy near-by.
Like us, she rode a local horse as her Lipizzaner stallions are still quartered at The Fédération Équestre Internationale in Lausanne Switzerland.
This is Princess Sabrina holding my son's newest daughter, Mallory, at Church.
The Princess attended Mallory's Christening, which took place in the Spring of 2002.
