These forms will guide you through a few web pages and let you enter details of your move. There may be some technical challenges along the way. Try this if you are experienced in web interactions. Here are some hints about the problems you may encounter:

You may have to confirm your request by receiving email and following a link in the received email. The challenge may be to find received email. This email is often intercepted as spam and ends up in a separate mail folder named 'spam', 'bulk' or similar. This also happens when you write a review after the move. We know that several reviews written by customers did not get posted on the review website because customers were not aware that they had to confirm the review and they never noticed received email.
This request form is on a website based in New York. The address information is in the US format. You could not select a Canadian province, leave the state as NY. You could not enter Canadian postal code, enter 99999 in ZIP fields.
For local moves select shorter form for 'per hour' quote, we do not provide flat rate quotes for moves within GVRD. For moves over ferries and other longer distance moves select 'flat rate' quote. You will be asked to itemize what you are moving. You would have to sellect at least one furniture item from the list. If starting location of your move is outside GVRD, try to provide a complete list. If starting location of your move is within GVRD, do not worry about listing everything, we would try to preview at your starting location before giving you a fixed price quote.
